This is my own little soapbox. Disclaimer: It is not written by someone you think you know, but by her evil twin. Absolutely nothing said here is true. Everything, including the last statement, is a complete work of fiction. This blog is completely boring, and includes entries on when I last washed my dishes, how many pairs of socks I've crocheted, and the occasional rant. These are not the droids you're looking for. Move along.

Saving The Enviornment
I just read a (not terribly informative) CBC article on grape-generated power. Ontario grows grapes to make wine. The grape skins and seeds will now be used to produce power rather than being sent to the landfill. Cool! I'm curious if the waste from the power station will then be compost which can be spread on farmer's fields? Now that would be really cool!

Very interesting! Tonight the TV News told about a man in the US who takes used oil from a restaurant and puts it in his special car, like gas!
The US government wanted him to pay taxes. But he won the lawsuit and now the government must even help him to improve his environmental-friendly-method!
A lot of people are using biodiesel now. It's not a majority, but it's not terribly uncommon either. I hadn't heard about the US wanting to tax someone for the used oil, though!
