One other thing I noticed in the shower: I seem to have a knot the size of a marble where my skull meets my neck, on the left hand side. Ow.

Could it be a swollen gland? Hope not.
Doubt it. It's an inch and a half from the spine, so the wrong spot for a gland. Unless, of course, I have no clue where my glands are. Or if I have bizarre glands. ;)
