Strange! Normally my stats go down on weekends, so I would expect that (given the percentage of readers from the US) they would also go down on the 4th of July. So why are they a fair bit higher than normal? And *today*, which is only half over, is even higher?!? I checked out the referrals, and most of them are "unknown"... so *that* doesn't help!

Update: never mind... it appears that everyone likes this shawl I linked to. (Frankly, I don't blame them!)
