Soup Kitchen
For some reason, a stream of children seemed to be going through the soup kitchen at 10am this morning. I'm not sure what was up... some had things on sticks, like it was a parade, and they weren't getting food (that I could tell). The line was moving pretty fast for just about anything!
They sure were noisy.

With Thanksgiving approaching, kids are geared up for festivities-maybe they put on a little Thanksgiving show (ours is scheduled for Wednesday) and then helped served lunch.
Well, they were streaming in and out at such a rate that I think they must have been walking straight from the front door to the back...? Of course, I don't know that the kids coming out were the same as going in, so maybe that explains it. Perhaps they were learning about soup kitchens as a "give thanks" type thing.
