Crocheted Sophie

Here's my (almost) current state of my crocheted Sophie bag. I ran out of the raspberry yarn, but luckily had some more Cascade 220 in a "neutral purple" that goes okay with it. So crochet does take more yarn than knitting, but not by a huge amount.

I actually could have done nearly another row with the red, but I didn't want a partial row. I think I'll use the rest to make a coordinating flower. :)

This morning, since I had some time before the next bus was due, I did a few more rows on the strap.
