So... how do you know when to call the cops on your neighbours so that no one gets hurt, and when to keep your nose out of their business? The other complicating factor is that they mostly fight in Chinese, so I onlly have the tone of their voices to go by.
And no, I don't try to spy on my neighbours, but sometimes I can hear them through the wall.
