I just saw a single Chinese gentleman lug a suitcase into the apartment next door. It appears I have a new neighbour... and it looks like a quiet one! There doesn't seem to be any sign of furnature yet... perhaps he's coming from far away. He does have a car. (No idea if it's a rental or not.) He looks too old to be an undergrad... perhaps a young professor or professional?
As long as he's quiet!
