My window ice scares me. (Luckily this was several days ago, and it's now warm enough that it's melting and dripping outside, as far as I can tell.)

Is that actually on the inside of the room? That's way too cold!!!
No, thankfully that's between the inner and outer panes. What concerned me most was the inch deep layer of ice at the bottom... what would happen if it got to the level where water could leak into the room?
