It's been a while, so here's a new calculation:
pairs of socks: 9.25 x 400 yards (I currently half of the first BOP sock done.)
Clapotis: 400 yards
squid eyes: 2 (estimating at one blanket square worth of yarn)
bookmark: 1 (estimating at two blanket squares worth of yarn)
blanket squares: 98 - 46.5 = 51.5 (actual squares)
3700 yards + 400 yards + (54.5 x 24.5 yards) = 5435.25 yards = 3.08821023 miles
Hey! I've now reached my three month goal of 3 miles! (And it only took me just over 4 months to do it...) With the two sock swaps I have planned, I think I've got my second wind now... ;)
