Handspun Toque WIP
I suppose since it's no longer at 0% progress, I should count this as a WIP. I decided to leave off the three rows of ribbing this time, and just let the hat curl however it wants. Now to finish the spinning so I can finish the knitting, and have a nice warm *wool* hat! (I'm borrowing an ack-rylic one from my mom knit by my grandma.)
It's lucky I wanted size #8 dpns, because Michaels had a choice of #8 or #10.5... and *nothing* else in dpns! Of course, I didn't make it out of Michaels without picking up a few other things (some violet crochet thread and some ribbon), but I mostly managed to resist a wild spending spree. ;) (This beading thing is dangerous! *So* many pretty beads!!!)
