Yep, I decided to go for "cookie monster blue" rather than "grover blue." (Note, those aren't the real colour names, but they should be. ;) )
Is the regular yarn crochet and the eyelash knit?

Ack! At least the Fun fur is for a kids thing. As long as you don't wear it, you can still be a snob!
I'm using a pattern for the bag shape, but then making a bunch of changes too. I don't think sharing the pattern will be a problem... although I'll warn you that there are both knit and crochet portions... and possibly sewing too, if I decide to line it. ;)

I'm holding the regular yarn and the eyelash yarn together and knitting them both at once. The tongue and handle will be crochet, though.
Deneen: This is my "shrone bag," which I'll be using as a project bag. So it's for me, rather than a kid. ;) (Of course, I'm a big kid at heart.)
