No!!!!! I'm agreeing with M, I think we need to do a kitty rescue. Poor Albert.
Those socks are very cute!
Albert's even cuter. I'm glad (for Albert) that you talked to the apartment complex office about the problem. I hope it doesn't cause you any more troubles --- bad neighbours are a pain.
