Lipil

The good news: Prosobee Lipil tastes fine. (At least to weirdos like me.)
The unsettling news: Lipil is a blend of the nutrients DHA and ARA, which are naturally found in breast milk. (I'm 30... I don't need breast milk.)
The potentially good news: DHA and ARA are important building blocks for a baby's brain and eyes. (I wonder if they have any effects on adults?)

That's good. Now you've got options.

DHA is an Omega-3 fatty acid, so it is very good for you for lots of things (cholesterol and brain function that I know of). I don't know anything about ARA though?

Thanks! :)

Oh... I thought I'd mention I get over the fact that I'm drinking baby formula by thinking of it as a high-calorie multi-vitamin. I tell myself it's basically the same as those meal-replacement drinks. ;) I noticed that my regular stuff is "iron fortified"... maybe that's why the techs at the blood donor clinics are always really impressed with my iron levels. ;)
