You'll Never Guess What's On My Feet...

...SOCKS!!! Not just any socks, but a pair of pink Sockapalooza socks!!!

My pal reknit and sent a second (fifth) sock:
Sockapalooza Socks
Sockapalooza Socks
Sockapalooza Socks
The new one is a bit longer than the old one in the leg (whoops... a bit of a miscommunication, I guess), but anyone who points that out will get a dirty look and be told to ask Canada Post why that is.

I *LOVE* them!!! Happy feet... dancing in my happy feet... lalalalala....

Does that mean you have three feet?

OK, I think I missed something here... your pal knit you five socks?

All right, google is my friend -- now I get it. What a wonderful pal you have! And what a crappy postal system.

Very pretty!
Don´t tell me about the post... I´m still waiting the Crochetville swaps: I never got a thing at 3 of them. And just in one I got a replacement.
I won´t participate anymore. It´s a pity, but...

I have two feet, but the post office initially felt differently.

Yes, my pal knit me two pair, and then when one sock got lost, she knit a fifth sock to complete the set! (Am I lucky or what?!)

ViK: I'm so sorry to hear that. :(

Gorgeous socks! Lucky girl.

How on earth does one sock get lost and not the other?

Are they rumaging through packages?

Wouldn't it be funny if it suddenly showed up?

How evil could you be? Er rather, your twin.

You knit socks!

I think the box popped open, and they didn't manage to get everything back in. How they didn't realize that three socks was an unusual number and think to look for the bright pink fourth, I have no idea...

Well, I mostly crochet socks. ;)

PS: Anita (canuck): do you have a blog?

No, I don't. Why?

I'm a newbie knitter.

I have knitted a wonky sweater, a hat [5 yrs ago] (garter only), 2 hats [k & p & k2tog] (1 disaster, 1 ok) and several dishcloths.

My dream is to knit a cabled afghan and some socks.

I was just curious. The way you used anita (canuck) for your name made it look like you might have a non-blogger blog, and it's fun to get to know my commenters. :) Thanks for getting back to me!

I use anitacanuck because I am an elephant lover and most of my elephant friends are Americans. As soon as they see my name, they know who I am.

I like your sense of humour.

I also like your taste in movies. I have both Princess Bride and Ever After.
