Ow. Head hurts. I've had a stuffed nose recently, and nosebleeds too. It was a sort of sinusy-stuffed nose, so I took a decongestant this morning. I'm also delaying my antidepressant to lunch time. This morning on the bus my eyes were just a little bit wonky (sort of a headachey-wonky), and I definitely have a headache now. Is this stuffy-nose related? Decongestant related? Shifting-of-antidepressant related? Who knows!
I'm not a zombie this morning, so that's nice at least!
Mom, B and I went to see The Sound of Music last night at Rainbow Stage... it was *awesome*! I love that musical. The one song that irritates me, though, is "sixteen going on seventeen"... it's so patronizing, and she goes along with it.
The show wasn't over until just before 11 pm, which is past my bedtime. Between being out, a nosebleed, and winding-down, I didn't get to bed until just after midnight. Given that I'm a bit short on sleep and yet am *not* a zombie this morning is a rather good indicator that it is indeed the antidepressant that's making me zonk out. This makes me think that if I take it with dinner, I'll be zonking out fairly early in the evening. I'd take it right at bedtime, but it's supposed to be taken with food. I wonder how much food?

ask the your pharmacist for sure, but usually a glass of milk works. if you're not lactose intolerant, lol. i don't know if that's the case.
Thanks. Although my milk allergy is pretty much gone, I think I'm also lactose intolerant. *sigh*
A small snack is sufficient usually, if you prefer. Also, a tiny shift in the number of hours between taking that drug can indeed cause wonky eyes/headaches/etc. Which is why it's one of those that reminds you if you forget it. *hugs*
