Update: Good news!!! Canadians (except those in Quebec, which apparently has stupid rules) are in!
It never hurts to at least try. I get refused a lot of mail-in rebates and such because they reject a PO Box as a valid mailing address, thinking that you are pulling some sort of scam. Stupid really, because there are plenty of rural locations like mine that don't have mail delivery.
Of course I would! It's gotta hurt when you can't enter yourself. But thank you so much for sharing this kind of info!
