Oh... and one more note: be sure to do lots of quality testing on the cookie dough, baked cookies, and melted chocolate. You wouldn't want to serve inferior gingerbread, now, would you?

    It's awesome! I love it! House under construction... too cool. But no construction site is complete without a ginger bread port-a-potty...
