Art & Exercise
H volunteers with the marathon club at her son's elementary school, so today I got some exercise. :) No... I didn't run a marathon, or anything close. We were the "tail crew," and so jogged half a block, then walked the rest of the way. However, exercise is exercise, and I need some! Starting gently is nice too. ;)
