Not only did I ride my exercise bike this morning (well, only for 10 minutes, but it's better than nothing... I had trouble getting up), but I walked for a half hour at lunch. :) And as Kelli pointed out, not only was it "socializing time", but we also got "light therapy" too. ;)
RIGHT ON!!!! Good for you on starting up on the ex bike. I should follow that plan rather than just hanging an afghan on mine. :S

You just need the right motivation... don't think of it as "time to get my exercise", think of it as "my legs might as well do something while I watch TV, read a book, or crochet!" ;) (Of course, I splurged a bit for the nice quiet magnetic type, so its not noisy.)
